Refund Policy

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our training courses. We also want you to give it your best effort to practice the strategies you learn in the course.
Basically, we don’t offer refunds, see below for exceptions.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase and we will only exchange it one time. After that all exchanges are final.
After day 30, all payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by The Soaring Alliance & Eva Hyllestad. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.[/text_block]

Your purchase of The Soaring Alliance & Eva Hyllestad’s training products and services indicates that you agree with this refund policy in full.
Exception 1: LIVE Workshops, Courses and Challenges
From time to time we will do LIVE training workshops, courses and challenges. These are LIVE and are almost always offered at a discount compared to what we normally charge for the recordings.
Because these courses are considered special and are completed over a number of weeks, you agree that there will be NO REFUNDS after the beginning of the first session.
If you want a refund YOU MUST request a refund before the first session of the live course. This is the only exception where we will offer you your money back.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Exception 2: One-on-One Coaching and Consultation
Any refund requests for personal one-on-one coaching or consulting must be requested before the first coaching session begins AND withing 30 days of purchase. Any refund requests after the first coaching session will be denied, regardless of the coaching package purchased.
Coaching packages purchased must be paid in full even if the coaching is cancelled by the purchaser. If – for any reason – we cancel the coaching package, the purchaser is no longer obligated to pay the coaching package in full.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
Exception 3: Monthly Subscription
No refunds will be given on MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. However, if you choose to leave The Soaring Alliance & Eva Hyllestad contact us via support@evahyllestad.com and let us know that you want to cancel your monthly subscription.
Your monthly subscription will then be cancelled after 30 days, and after your subscription has ended, you are no longer responsible for monthly payments and will be denied access to the website.

CURRENCY

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left”]Up until 31 March 2022 11:59 PM Central European Summer Time, all products/services owned and provided by The Soaring Alliance & Eva Hyllestad, are provided to be purchased/subscribed to in USD.
Between 1-30 April 2022, all products/services owned and provided by The Soaring Alliance & Eva Hyllestad, will gradually change from USD to EURO.
From 1 May 2022 all products/services owned and provided by The Soaring Alliance & Eva Hyllestad, will be provided to be purchased/subscribed to in EURO only.
If you choose to terminate any monthly membership/subscription paid for in USD, and you want to subscribe again after the currency change is finalized, you will be charged in EURO.
Example of product/service/subscription price before/after: $99 USD / €99 EURO
Exception:
If you have purchased a product/service with a down-payment option, or subscribed to a monthly membership/subscription prior to the currency change, you will continue to pay in USD until completed payment, or until termination of membership/subscription.[/text_block]
